Personal Injury & Clinical Negligence
We act for both Claimants and Defendants in respect of road traffic injury cases. This includes anything from relatively minor injury cases to major Head Injury and Fatal Accident claims. We deal with hit and run cases and other claims against untraced or uninsured drivers with the MIB.
We deal with a large number of claims for accidents at work. We have had a number of hand injury claims sustained in accidents at work.
As well as the above, we carry out substantial Clinical Negligence claims. These cases can be highly complex and involve detailed enquiries relating to failed operations or treatment at hospitals. The claims involve extensive expert evidence and detailed Counsel advice. We manage these claims efficiently, build up a team and obtain the best and speediest outcome. Often clinical negligence claims are disputed by the NHS Litigation Authority and complicated defence issues are raised regarding causation.
We can work on a Conditional Fee Agreement (CFA) basis known often as a “No Win No Fee” agreement where appropriate. We will visit clients where necessary.
