We are looking for an energetic and professional Front Desk Receptionist to be the welcoming first point of contact for our clients. The successful candidate will be the face of our firm, responsible for managing the reception area, greeting clients and visitors, answering and directing all incoming calls, and managing the firm’s main email inquiries. Key duties include scheduling appointments, organizing incoming and outgoing mail, managing client files, and providing administrative support to our legal teams.
